The Eclipse Corporate Finance team is delighted to have been named as a finalist in the "Corporate Financier of the Year" category of the HealthInvestor Awards 2024.
The HealthInvestor Awards are a celebration of business success across the UK healthcare sector. The awards ceremony will be held on 5th June at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London and will be attended by over 1,200 of the sector's leading figures.
2023 was a record year for Eclipse, advising on a range of deals, including:
the sale of Remedy Healthcare Solutions to Medinet (backed by Fremman Capital);
the sale of Lucis Pharma to Rosemont Pharmaceuticals (backed by Inflexion Capital);
the sale of Fox Covert Limited to Aurem Care (a partnership between Salutem Care & Education and Gresham House Plc).
With a number of interesting transactions ongoing and a strong pipeline of future opportunities, we are pleased that the successes of our team have been recognised by being shortlisted for this prestigious award.
