Eclipse Corporate Finance: LaingBuisson Awards Finalists 2025

The Eclipse Corporate Finance team is delighted to have been named as a finalist in the "Financial Advisor of the Year" category of the LaingBuisson Awards 2025.

Eclipse has been recognised after successfully advising on a range of deals across the healthcare sector, including:

• the secondary management buy-out of Sano Physiotherapy backed by Bestport Private Equity;

• the management buy-out of Audiological Science backed by YFM Equity Partners;

• the sale of Enable Therapy Services to Examworks UK;

• the sale of HealthHarmonie to Medinet (backed by Fremman Capital).
