Please read these User Conditions before using this site which is operated by Eclipse Corporate Finance Limited whose registered office is at Suite 12 Fairfax House, Cromwell Business Park, Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, OX7 5SR (registered with company number 11791669).

We operate this site for the purpose of promoting the services supplied by us. By using this site, you signify your acceptance of these conditions in return for which we will provide you with access. From time to time we may modify the conditions so please continue to review the conditions of use whenever accessing or using this site. If at any time you do not wish to accept these conditions then you may not use this site.

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy“) explains how Eclipse Corporate Finance Limited (“We”) collect, process and secure your personal data as well as explaining the various rights you have.

The legal basis for processing your data for the purpose specified in this section is the consent given in accordance with section 7 of this Policy, as well as the legitimate interest of Eclipse Corporate Finance Limited.

 

Eclipse Corporate Finance Limited has a legitimate interest in contacting existing and potential clients and business contacts with information about our services and other news which we believe may be of interest to you, as well as event invites.

You can opt out of receiving electronic communication from us and of processing your interactions with us at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the communication you receive from us or by contacting us at ali.robertson@eclipsecf.com. In such a case, we will stop using the data for electronic communication or measurement of interactions. Such withdrawal does not affect the legality of the operations for processing of your personal data prior to it. You may still receive e-mails directly from Eclipse Corporate Finance Limited employees you are in touch with based on the legal grounds applicable for the case (e.g. performance of a contract).

 

8. YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance with the relevant provisions, you have the right to access, amend, delete, port your data, restrict and object the processing of your personal data.

9. TRANSFER OF DATA

We may instruct third party suppliers to perform services such as software support, e-marketing campaigns, hosting our website, etc. on our behalf. In such cases we take the necessary contractual steps to ensure the adequate protection of your personal data. Your personal data will not be given to other third parties, apart from in limited circumstances such as when we host a joint event with a third party and you register to attend it. In such cases, you will be informed in advance that this is a joint event and if you register to attend it, your contact data will be shared with the other event organisers.

 

Forwarding the communication you receive from us: to improve your experience, we personalise the e-mails we send you and all links within them. If you decide to forward these e-mails to other recipients, they will be able to see some of your personal data, respectively your basic contact details and preferences from these links. We encourage you to request permission to forward the communication from recipients in advance.

8. DATA RETENTION

We only keep your information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes of delivering the content you have registered for or subscribed to. If you no longer wish to receive such content and unsubscribe or you withdraw your consent to processing your data for that purpose, we will block your data within our system and no longer use the data for electronic communication. Our obligation relating to data retention periods may be specified in sector-specific legislation. Some statutes provide for mandatory retention periods which require us to delete personal data after the lapse of the data retention period.

For security reasons we cannot disclose these measures in detail.
