  • Nautilus Consulting is a digital health consultancy and technology company, specialising in electronic patient record solutions

  • The acquisition will enhance Accenture’s digital transformation capabilities across the UK and global healthcare space

  • The deal highlights the continued interest from investors and acquirers in digital health consultancy, following deals for Redmoor Health and Channel 3 Consulting in recent years


BGF’s investment in Primary Care Physio


  • Leeds-based physiotherapy provider Primary Care Physio has secured an £8.5m investment from BGF

  • Founded in 2020, Primary Care Physio is England’s largest specialist first contact physiotherapy provider, supporting 175 primary care networks and 1,000 GP practices across the country

  • The investment from BGF will enable Primary Care Physio to implement its growth strategy while alleviating pressures on MSK backlogs and GP shortages

  • The physiotherapy and MSK market has seen strong investment activity in recent years, driven by outsourced NHS services, the PMI market and employers' increased focus on MSK conditions


CareLineLive’s acquisition of CareFor IT & Ulysses


  • A significant deal for CareLineLive, with the acquisition of care software providers CareFor IT and Ulysses

  • CareLineLive is a full home care management system, which raised £3m of growth funding from Oakglen earlier this year

  • The acquisition will grow the group’s number of homecare customers to 600, while managing c.15,000 carers across the UK
