Founded in 2011, Bridge Medical Consulting is a specialist health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) consultancy. It is recognised for its expertise in evidence synthesis, integrated evidence planning, population insights, health economic modelling, and statistics, partnering with pharmaceutical and biotech clients across Europe and the United States. The firm brings deep scientific rigour, a global client base, and a differentiated approach that combines domain expertise with artificial intelligence-enabled workflows to deliver decision-grade evidence at speed and scale.

Red Nucleus, backed by THL, is a US-headquartered provider of strategic services across research and development, medical affairs, market access, commercial, and learning & development. The acquisition represents a key step in Red Nucleus’ strategy, strengthening its ability to help biopharmaceutical companies demonstrate the clinical and economic value of increasingly specialised therapies in a complex regulatory and reimbursement environment and bolstering its current set of capabilities within HEOR.

Specifically, the addition of Bridge Medical Consulting expands Red Nucleus’s ability to support customers as they navigate evolving global requirements, including increased demand for real-world evidence, joint clinical assessments in Europe, and more rigorous value-based decision-making by health authorities worldwide. The combined organisation will offer customers of both companies a more comprehensive, integrated approach spanning evidence synthesis (including systematic literature reviews (SLRs) and indirect treatment comparisons (ITCs)), evidence planning, evidence generation, economic modelling, statistics, RWE research, and strategic advisory.
